Front Office Receptionist/Scheduler

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our patients.

Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor

-Process payments for services
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department/staff
- Schedule appointments
- Maintain patient records and update medical information as needed
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
- Manage medical records and ensure accuracy of documentation
- Collaborate with the medical team to provide exceptional patient care

Requirements:
- Knowledge of medical office procedures and terminology preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to patient confidentiality

Office hours Monday through Thursday 8:30 - 5:00, no Fridays. Benefits after a 90 day probationary period.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 32 per week
