Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our patients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative and customer service skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and phone systems.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and transfer calls to appropriate staff members
- Provide accurate information about our practice and services
- Schedule appointments
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in office administration is a plus
- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role
- Proficiency in microsoft (Word and Excel) and other computer applications
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience working at a front desk or in a medical office is preferred
- Experience as a personal assistant is a plus
