Join one of the largest independent specialty pharmacies in the US as a Customer Service Representative. This position offers remote work after training.
Location: Louisville, KY 40219
Pay: $17/hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible 8-hour shift between 9:30 am - 8:00 pm.
Remote work after training. Shifts may vary between 9:30 am - 6:00 pm, 10:30 am - 7:00 pm, or 11:30 am - 8:00 pm based on business needs.
Job Description:
Handle inbound/outbound calls from patients, caregivers, and providers.
Deliver exceptional Customer Service and ensure a seamless experience.
Provide accurate information and assist with refills and shipments.
Resolve inquiries and provide follow-up support.
Requirements:
Must reside within a reasonable driving distance of Louisville, KY.
Call center experience, preferably in healthcare.
Typing speed of 35 words per minute or higher.
