Office Manager (Part-Time)

Eck MacNeely Architects, Boston-based architecture firm over 40 years old, seeks an experienced administrator to to join its team as a part-time Office Manager. Candidate must be willing to be in our office 20 to 25 hours per week, between approximately 10:00 am and 3:00 pm. Ideal for a parent seeking to work during school hours!

The position includes the following responsibilities:

Supplies management

General office administration

Bookkeeping assistance

Essential Experience/Skills:
Ability to work well within a dynamic office team and to communicate effectively to the outside world.

Beneficial Experience/Skills:

Knowledge of Quickbooks Online.
Experience in an architecture or design firm.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and website applications.
Marketing experience.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
