Global Modular, Inc. specializes in manufacturing and refurbishing commercial and educational modular buildings at our facility in Atwater, CA.
The Office Coordinator will be responsible for timely and accurate performance of general office and coordination duties to help maintain a smooth company workflow. This is more than just a front desk or receptionist position. This person will provide varying administrative support. Responsible for answering the main telephone line, emails, greeting visitors, and organizing electronic and paper files. Will have contact with co-workers, customers and contractors using the telephone and email.
KNOWLEDGE OF:
- General knowledge of the Construction Industry.
- Best practices with Document Management and Filing.
- Use of Internet as a Resource.
- Booking travel and processing expense reports.
- Wide Load Transportation Permits.
SKILLS:
- Proficient Scheduling, Tracking, and Coordinating Tasks and Deadlines.
- Excellent Windows 10 & 11, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Email, Chrome, PDF.
- Excellent Telephone Communication.
- Excellent Writing Emails, Letters, and Misc. Documents.
- Excellent Spelling and Grammar.
- Excellent Creating Excel documents.
- Excellent Scanning, Saving, and Attaching documents to emails.
ABILITY TO:
- Create Ad-Hoc Excel documents from scratch utilizing multiple sources of data.
- Execute and Maintain Trucking Transportation Permits.
- Use of Telephone and Email to Gather and Disperse information internally and externally.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
- Create reports by gathering and compiling information from multiple sources.
- Keep the office environment clean and organized.
- Handle In-Office shipping/receiving/USPS/FedEx.
- Assist with daily and weekly job cost reports.
- Speak Spanish a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
