Dental Front Office Personnel/ Treatment Coordinator

As our Dental Front Office/Treatment Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice and delivering an outstanding patient experience. You will be responsible for coordinating treatment plans, explaining procedures and financial arrangements, and other administrative tasks as needed.

• Previous experience in Dental front office administration and treatment coordination
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in dental software (Open dental is a plus)
• Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processing
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
