Office Coordinator
Duties:
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent phone etiquette and customer service
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and record keeping
- Manage schedules and appointments, ensuring efficient calendar management
- Supervise and train development of office staff to ensure smooth operations
- Coordinate meetings and events, including room reservations and catering arrangements
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Oversee front desk operations and ensure a professional and welcoming environment
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proven experience in schedule management and coordinating multiple calendars
- Previous supervisory experience is a plus
