Dental Front Office Coordinator

Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Front Office to join our team. As the Front Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for working on schedules, filling schedule, checking patients in and out, some treatment planning. and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience working in a dental office setting.

Duties:

- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner

- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist with patient inquiries

- Verify insurance information and collect co-pays or payments

- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information

- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality

Experience:

- Previous experience working as a Front Office in a dental office

- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures

- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality requirements

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
