Communiboost we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth operations within our office environment. You will be responsible for various administrative tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of our company. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Maintain and organize files, both physical and digital, ensuring documents are easily accessible
- Prepare and distribute memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Assist with the organization and coordination of meetings, conferences, and other office events
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in an office administration role
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Pay: $19.50 - $32.00 per hour
