Data Inventory Clerk & Back-Office Administrator

The Data Inventory Clerk is responsible for processing and entering all our station’s purchases/invoices into our back-office system (CSS). This includes (but is not limited to) store purchases, fuel invoices and daily paperwork completed by our sales associates. In addition, you will be expected to print weekly reports for our store managers and handle our lottery inventory for each station. Eventually we will also use your help to create and dispatch store promotions.

Daily Duties

• Invoices

• Enter and process all invoices for each station with our back-office software (CSS).
• Once processed, file all invoices by station and date.
• Enter and process fuel invoices (deliveries).
• Process Daily Books into back-office software.
• Enter new items into each store.

Weekly Duties

• Print reports for each station as instructed.

• Period Sales Report(s) (by department).

• Lottery inventory.

• ‘Check-in’ deliveries when received.
• Keep record of non-activated books (by station).
• Record books that have been activated by sales associates.

Monthly Duties

• Inventory

• Scratch Tickets
• Cigarettes

• Store Promotions
• Monthly store audit (as asked).
