We are professionals providing tax, estate planning and business advisory services to entrepreneurs, family businesses and high net worth individuals. Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative support activities
- Assist in maintaining office policies and procedures
- Organize files, information and documents
- Prepare and submit payroll
- Ensure renewal of software and policies
- Assist with WIP review and billing
- Communicate with vendors
- Coordinate and complete employee onboarding
- Assist in processing tax returns and client documents
- Coordinate and schedule meetings
- Answer incoming calls and communicate with clients

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
