Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Loan Officer Assistant in our Louisville, KY office. The Loan Officer Assistant will work closely with our Loan Officers to provide exceptional support throughout the loan application process. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the mortgage industry and grow within a dynamic organization.
Responsibilities
- Assist Loan Officers with gathering and organizing client documentation for loan applications.
- Prepare and review loan documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Communicate with clients, real estate agents, and other parties involved in the loan process to ensure smooth transactions.
- Follow up with clients to obtain any additional information or documentation needed.
- Input and maintain accurate data in our loan processing system.
- Provide administrative support to Loan Officers as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in mortgage lending or a related field is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and loan processing software.
