Office Assistant, Customer Service Representative
Assistant to Financial Planner for Montgomery County Boutique Financial Planning Firm We are seeking an Assistant / Customer Service Representative to work directly with the Financial Planner 20-25 hours each week. Hours are flexible.
Responsibilities include client communication, scheduling, research, organization, paperwork, and managing Financial Planner to help keep on top of all of the office responsibilities.
We are looking for an individual who communicates well, is efficient, and is prompt.
No prior financial planning experience is not necessary.
This position is ideal for a candidate who prefers working in a small office, away from the hustle and bustle of city life.
This position requires an individual who truly cares about their efforts and doing the job to the best of their abilities, each and every day.
This is a great opportunity for a person who is starting out and wants to get into the financial planning field and wants to learn about the business

For an established individual who may be looking to get back to the workplace, perhaps during the daytime hours when their children are in school.
We are a family-oriented practice associated with a major independent financial planning firm. WE ARE NOT within walking distance of a Starbucks or Dunkin' - this is a rural setting - quiet.

Part-time to begin, additional hours and benefits with longevity.
