We are looking to hire an Office Assistant to fill a part time position that could lead into a full time, permanent position with benefits. Responsibilities include answering phones and taking detailed, accurate messages, assisting customers on the phone using professional customer service skills, filing, photocopying, word processing and other office duties as assigned.
Experience with QuickBooks, Excell and Word is a plus. Ability to speak and understand Spanish is a big plus.

- Monday to Friday
- No nights
- No weekends
