Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and face to face
- Assist customers with scheduling appointments, providing updates on customers equipment and ordering parts.
- Create, update, close and bill workorders.
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively
- Create estimates and get prior authorizations for workorders.
- Communicate with customers in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and in writing
- Assist with making hydraulic hose assemblies.
- Assist in managing inventory
Skills:
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various customer inquiries and concerns
- Quickbooks knowledge a plus.
-Ability to multitask.
- Able to maintain accurate records
- Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary
