JOB DESCRIPTION:
Dublin/Pleasanton Company seeks an enthusiastic Part-time Receptionist / Administrative Assistant, about 15-20 hours/week, starting April 10, 2024.
Pleasanton Workspace has a need for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to perform a range of support to various companies and assist with daily office needs.
Responsibilities:
General support to visitors
Handling sensitive information
Write and distribute email
Assist with copies, scans, prints, and faxes
Provide knowledge to prospective clients
Manage meeting rooms and day office reservations
Ensure office and breakroom upkeep
Answer and direct phone calls
Mail processing
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant preferred.
2. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
3. Professional and enthusiastic work ethic; .
4. Excellent oral communication skills.
5. Punctual and reliable
6. Organized and attentive to detail.
7. Consistent, courteous and pleasant, with sound judgment and discretion.
Ideal candidate will:
· Have the ability to work independently & make good decisions with minimal supervision
· Have excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to work as a team member.
COMPENSATION:
