Receptionist – Office Control Center – Client Experience Manager
Would you like to be the welcoming face of excellence? Sessa & Dorsey, LLC, a distinguished boutique estates and trusts law firm located in Hunt Valley, MD, is seeking a full-time receptionist (Mon – Fri, 8:30 am – 5 pm) to be our Office Control Center and Client Experience Manager.

You won't just be a receptionist; you'll be the orchestrator of seamless client experiences and the guardian of our office's rhythm and flow.
Job Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: You will be the initial point of contact for our clients and make a wonderful first impression. We need a warm and friendly person who is professional both on the phone and in person.
o On the phone – You are responsible for all incoming calls and fielding them appropriately.
o In person – Our clients are the heart of our business, and we like to show them by welcoming them with a smile and refreshments.
Scheduling Mastery: Take ownership of our conference rooms and attorneys’ schedules, ensuring punctuality and efficiency.
o Non-negotiables for scheduling. You will confirm all our appointments whether it is via email or phone.
o Schedule and help organize events like happy hours, lunches, or firm outings.
o Register the attorneys for webinars and other continuing education.
Administrative Support:
o Be willing to help whoever needs it – including copying, scanning, etc.
o Keep up to date with the attorneys’ memberships and renewing as necessary.
Become a notary – If you are not already, you will be! We will cover the fees and compensate you while you gain this valuable credential.
Skills & Qualifications:
· 2+ years as a receptionist/administrative support
· Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office suite & familiarity with Outlook calendar management.
· Exceptional time management abilities & amazing attitude, and eagerness to learn and adapt.
