Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing
- Organize electronic and hardcopy files
- Organize POs and Invoices and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Data entry
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Provide administrative support to staff members
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
