Opportunity:
We are currently looking for help in our office with various office tasks, errands and online research projects. Mainly you will be working with the CEO and CFO, as well as providing some support to other key members within the office. Experience as an Assistant is not necessary, but helpful. We are willing to train the right candidates. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented and is comfortable working on a computer and online. Duties will also include basic office tasks, such as making copies, keeping certain office areas organized and maintained etc.
Preferred skills and experience:
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to take initiative
- Successfully manage multiple priorities
- Excellent writing and proofreading skills
- Able to maintain confidentiality
- Strong understanding of e-commerce and online retail is a plus
- Knowledge or experience of Social Media Marketing, Online Marketing, Writing, and/or Graphic Design are all a strong plus
