Job Descriptions:**
Assists customers in the selection of showroom products, provides quotations, responds to customer inquiries, and maintains office operations.
Responsibilities and Duties
*Greet and assist a wide range of customers, including homeowners and contractors with their home remodeling projects.
*Assist customers in the selection of showroom products and create quotations.
*Understand and Document each customer's needs.
*Develop customer presentations.
*receiving and distributing communications between departments.
*Answer phones and responds to customer inquiries.
*Place and track orders and purchases for display, sale, or inventory purposes.
*Operate copy, scan and fax machine.
Qualifications and Skills
A background in the natural stone and Kitchen & Bath industry.
Customer Service skills.
Office skill-- word, excel, copy scan and fax machine.
Cabinet skill -- understand cabinet codes and drawings
Speaking and understanding Chinese is a plus, but not a must have.
