Lang Specialty Trailers is seeking a highly-motivated and dependable Administrative Assistant. The candidate we are seeking will possess well-rounded administrative support experience working in a fast-paced multi-tasking professional office environment.
Responsibilities
- Assists Office Manager with the day to day operations.
- Office operations including: answering and directing phone calls, mailing, office supplies, and equipment
- Vendor correspondence, communication and inventory levels for assigned vendors
- Track the status of open purchase orders, damages and shortages
- Incoming logistics and inventory build assemblies
- Maintain the Office condition and coordinate to arrange necessary repairs when needed
- Provide support to visitors and schedule meetings
- Coordinate data and paperwork from various sources, data entry
Skills
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or administrative assistant
- Proficient with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook
- Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. phone systems, computers and printers)
- Knowledge of office, inventory and logistics responsibilities
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Organizational skills for proficient work
- Well-spoken and with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Must be driven and take initiative
