We at Trend Auto Trader are seeking a detail oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will be responsible for managing paperwork, documentation, invoices and statements and administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient office operation.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing system.
- Assist in the creation, editing, and reviewing invoices, statements.
- Process and distribute incoming and outgoing paper work, including mail and emails.
- Creating Social media content to advertise our company.
Requirements:
-Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a paperwork-intensive environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Social media experience is highly recommended.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
