- Take entry level client inbound calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
- Utilize resources to troubleshoot and resolve patient issues
- Works to ensure the efficient scheduling of initial or follow-up appointments and triaging calls appropriately to different departments within the organization
- Obtain related documentation and work with clients to encourage enrollments in various services.
- Keep Track of Clients records
- Handle employee on boarding paperwork
- Handle employee files and make sure they are in compliance
- Other Duties
Requirements:
- Must have strong communication and follow up skills to enhance patient experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to navigate multiple platforms
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve patient concerns
- Experience with HHA exchange is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
