Home Care Office Assistant

• Take entry level client inbound calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
• Utilize resources to troubleshoot and resolve patient issues
• Works to ensure the efficient scheduling of initial or follow-up appointments and triaging calls appropriately to different departments within the organization
• Obtain related documentation and work with clients to encourage enrollments in various services.
• Keep Track of Clients records
• Handle employee on boarding paperwork
• Handle employee files and make sure they are in compliance
• Other Duties

Requirements:

- Must have strong communication and follow up skills to enhance patient experience

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to navigate multiple platforms

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve patient concerns

- Experience with HHA exchange is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
