Office Assistant

Highspire Truck Repair is looking for a talented Office Assistant to provide support for our fleet maintenance facility. The purpose of this position is to provide a warm welcome to our customers either in person or on the phone. This can be a full time or part-time role depending on the individual, Monday through Friday. *No Weekends or evenings*

Essential Functions:

• Answering the telephone and transferring calls/ taking and relaying messages.
• Meeting and greeting customers/clients.
• Professionally handling customer repair requests from start to finish
• Typing correspondence, letters and documents etc.
• Record receipt of parts
• Process purchases using credit card machine and verify checks upon receipt.
• Able to sit or stand for long periods of time
• Preparing repair quotes for customers.
• Following up on parts needed to complete repairs
• Billing and Accounts Receivable follow-up
• Other duties will be assigned
