- Options of 8, 10, 12, 16, 24 hour shifts
- 8 hrs: 6:45 am - 3:15 pm
- 10 hrs: 6:45 am - 5:15 pm
- 12 hrs: 6:45 am - 7:15pm
- 16 hrs: 6:45 am - 11:15 pm
- 24 hrs: 7:00 am - 7:00 am
- Beeper: 3:00 pm - 7:00 am
- Clinical Information
- Adult patients
- Inpatient
- Support Staff: RN
- Requirements
- Board Certified
- Active Florida state license
- DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
- Current Flu Vaccine
- Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
- Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
