Golden Gate is interviewing for an Office Assistant. The position consists of maintaining and updating files, answering the phone, conduct visitor check ins, cover breaks when needed, labeling, maintain conference room, contract review and retrieval. The position is full time. Must have experience in office organization. Must have experience in Microsoft Software. Must have a professional appearance and disposition. Must be flexible and enjoy working with children.
