Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks, including managing phone calls, texts, emails, and correspondence.
Scheduling: Coordinate appointments, meetings, and activities for team members.
Data Entry: Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional assistance to patients, clients, visitors, and colleagues.
Clinical: Clean and set up rooms when clinical staff is running behind. Sterilization: including instruments and laundry.
Perio charting.
Requirements:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, with good English proficiency.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Previous experience in a dental office environment is a plus but not required.
