This position reports to the Office Services Supervisor. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Welcome all individuals visiting the CLAC with a positive and pleasant demeanor.
- Answer calls and make/cancel/reschedule appointments accordingly; answer inquiries about
- CLAC operations; route calls to appropriate personnel
- Direct students, faculty, and staff to the appropriate party(ies)
- Handle CLAC paperwork such as Student Agreement forms, Tutor Applications, etc
- Ensure students log in to the computer kiosks and assist with login process
- Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties, including recording data for reporting purposes as directed
- Provide students access to review sheets and handouts and replenish supplies when needed. Track and report the timely arrival and departure of assigned tutors on the hour.
- Ensure reception area and center is tidy.
- Coordinate mail flow in and out of office.
- Take and relay messages.
- Other duties as assigned by the Office Services Supervisor
Hourly compensation is $16.00 an hour.
