Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support by answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and scheduling
- Schedule and dispatch technicians to service specific service locations
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place material orders as needed
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing correspondence
- Utilize Google Suite to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, scanning, and photocopying
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Proficiency in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experience with Service Titan systems plus
