```Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team. The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with various operational tasks and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Answering Client Sales & Service Calls, serve as first point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries with utmost professionalism, courtesy and efffiency.
- Coordinate and manage calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, routing crews, inventory control.
- Experience in routing, leverage your knowledge of Chicago and surrouding suburbs to optimize scheduling jobs and routing crews effectively, ensuring crews are dispatched in a manner that maximizes efficiency & minimizes delays, contributing to overall client satisfcation
- Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or operations role is required
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for order entry processing
- Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy of documents
- Familiarity with Outlook calendar for scheduling appts & jobs
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
