Automotive Office Administrator

Castle Automotive Group-Downers Grove is looking for someone with a positive, go-getter personality and an administrative accounting background to join our team as an Automotive Account Administrator. Qualified candidates with a full understanding of the daily facets of the dealership a plus.
Responsibilities:

1. Possesses auto dealership experience
2. Knows Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
3. Has strong organization skills with attention to detail and follow through skills
4. Has strong verbal and written communications skills
5. Is dependable, reliable, and able to work well with others
6. Has knowledge of accounting
7. Has knowledge of billing new and used deals
8. Has knowledge of Accounts Payable and Receivable
9. Has knowledge and can look over any schedules that require attention
10. When necessary can help prepare daily deposits
11. Has knowledge of dealer trades
12. Has knowledge of wholesales
13. Assist team and office manager with special projects

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years experience in payables and receivables within a dealership
• Professionalism
• Excellent communication skills
• Positive attitude
