Office Administrator/Receptionist

Primary Responsibilities
· Answer incoming phone calls, screen and transfer to the appropriate team member
· Welcome visitors warmly and ensure they are comfortable
· Process billing on a daily basis
· Enter customer orders into AS400 system
· Manage filing system
· Data entry of customer orders and quotes
· Prepare outside invoices for payment by reviewing for accuracy or turning them over to the correct person to investigate the discrepancy
· Maintain a professional, organized office environment
· Performs other general clerical functions as required
Skills and Competencies
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
· Must be extremely organized and detailed oriented
· Proficient with Microsoft Office products and programs
· Experience with multi-line phone systems a plus
· Strong data entry and typing experience while maintaining accurancy
· Manage time and priorities to meet deadlines
· Must exhibit ability to multitask with minimal supervision
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
