Responsibilities:
-Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are organized and easily accessible
- Provide front desk support, including greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls
- Plan and coordinate office events
- Support human resources functions, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory as well as place orders when necessary
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Self-motivated and trustworthy
- Proficient in using phone systems and handling incoming calls professionally
- Attention to detail with strong clerical skills for maintaining accurate records
- Ability to manage schedules and calendars effectively
- Preferred experience and some knowledge of MS Office and office management software (SAP etc.). On the job training will be provided.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
