We are a furniture importer looking for an Office Administrator to work full time in our warehouse located in Walden. Our hours are 8.00 am – 4.00 pm Mondays to Fridays.
Job Description but not limited to :-
Processing orders, invoices
Shipping orders
Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable
Data entry, reports, inventory maintenance
Checking and keeping track of returns
Answering phone calls
Filing and keeping the office clean
Requirements:-
Computer savvy
Knowledge in QuickBooks is a big plus
Must be focus and a quick learner
Able to multi task, detail oriented and a team player
Punctual, honest, self-motivated and hard working
Able to work independently
Willing to go above and beyond to get things done
