Bookkeeper In-house
The Construction Office administration/ bookkeeper in-house is responsible for managing the financial records of a construction company. They work closely with the project managers, contractors, and other team members to ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported. The construction bookkeeper in-house is responsible for the following duties:
1. Maintaining accurate financial records.
2. Managing accounts payable and receivable and AIA.
3. Preparing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
6. Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and laws. Ensure that all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
7. Communicating with clients, project managers, contractors to ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded and reported.
8. Managing Quickbooks software - ensure that all software is up-to-date and that all data is accurate.
9. Providing financial advice - help to identify areas where the company can save money and improve financial performance.
10. Performing other duties as assigned. This may include assisting with administrative tasks or other financial tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Must have office admin/bookkeeper construction company background
Extensive Quickbooks experience minimum of 3 years.
Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling financial information.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Bookkeeping: 2 years (Required)
