As a Quality Control Associate, you will work as part of a team to complete our Quality Control process for our custom and stock components! Our products are small and need great attention to detail to continue our standard of products. There is no prior experience necessary! We will provide full training with great opportunities for advancement!
Duties:
- Verifying all milled components that are manufactured in accordance with specifications provided by drawings or designs.
- Work with QC manager and team to meet production goals.
- Recording inspection results by completing reports.
- Summarize re-works and wastes, and inputting data into quality log.
- Communicate with members of the production team about their findings and use constructive feedback to eliminate errors from the production process.
- Ensure completeness, accuracy, and quality standards are met.
- Demonstrate a high standard of work ethic and professionalism at all times
- Share responsibility for the cleanliness and maintenance of the QC area with the rest of the team.
- Represent the company and department in a positive and supportive manner at all times.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education:
- High School Diploma or Higher
- Previous experience in production or manufacturing (preferred)
- 1 or more years’ experience in Dental field (preferred)
What we are looking for:
- Basic computer and math skills to calibrate and measure specifications.
- Ability to use measuring devices like gauges, meters, calipers and computers.
- Documentation and reporting skills.
- Exceptional manual dexterity and precision.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent team work and communication, both verbal and written.
- Able to learn / understand dental anatomy and terminology.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and quality.
- Comfortable sitting, standing, or bending for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift at least 10lbs.
