Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and professionalism in all interactions.
Assist in managing client inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services.
Coordinate and schedule meetings and installations for staff members.
Prepare and format documents using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, and Excel).
Maintain and update client databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls, ensuring prompt and accurate communication.
Support the finance department by assisting with invoicing and billing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate efficient workflow and assist in various administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) with excellent formatting and data management skills.
Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service and the ability to effectively communicate with clients.
Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in the stone industry is a definite plus.
Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently or as part of a team.
Familiarity with office equipment and basic troubleshooting skills.
Proficiency in Greek and/or Spanish languages is an advantage.
