Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks and providing support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties, including printing, scanning, and filing documents
- Assist with tasks such as onboarding new employees
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person or department
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information or assistance
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
-Responsible for Expedia and Booking.com reconciliation
- Opening and sorting mail, bills, and invoices and make sure they get to the correct location
-Able to make trips to the store for supplies when needed
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of human resources processes and procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Previous experience in an office administration role is preferred
-Previous expierence in a Hotel setting preferred, not required
