Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong computer literacy, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team
- Manage incoming calls and emails, and respond promptly and professionally
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer support
- Perform general office duties, such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Assist with office management tasks, including organizing meetings and maintaining office cleanliness
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an office administration role is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
- Computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly
