Aerospace Manufacturing Company is seeking a full-time Office Administration / Supplier Specialist

Purchasing assistant will manage, maintain, coordinate, control, deliver and support the office team. The ideal candidate for this position is resourceful, organized, possesses high attention to detail, and assures a steady completion of workload in a timely manner.
Essential Job Functions
· Assist in receiving calls, determine nature of business, and direct callers to destination.
· Performs variety of clerical duties and assist President in daily tasks.
· Assist buyer with variety clerical duties including filing and calling suppliers for status
· Coordinate daily route for company driver all supplier drop offs and pick ups
· Maintain supplier qualification of products and services.
Special Knowledge / Skills Required
· Ability to learn and grasp new concepts quickly with a willingness to learn and do new things
· High level of organization and attention to detail
· Multi-tasking ability and good judgement
· Ability to prioritize and manage tasks against deadlines and other metrics
· Self-starter, motivated takes initiative, has strong work ethics
· Leadership Capabilities
· Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of working in an office setting.
- Machine Shop experience is a bonus.
