This position is responsible for various duties related to office procedures and functions such as but not limited to:
Support accounting duties; AR/AP data entry, as needed.
· Customer service support.
· Assist all departments as needed to hit our goals.
· Assisting sales team as needed with day-to-day customers’ needs.
· Maintain necessary product knowledge base.
· Supports company operations by maintaining office systems.
· Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures.
· General administrative support for office personnel and interoffice coordination.
· Keep management informed with analyzing special reports, summarizing information, and identifying trends.
· Communicate well with all departments.
· Handle tasks with speed and professionalism.

Qualifications:
- Ability to multitask and be resourceful. Be flexible and adapt to ever-changing needs.
- Minimum 7+ years' experience or degree in Business Finance, or Accounting or other relevant degree
- Should possess excellent professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Multi-lingual an asset.
- Excellent attention to detail. Able to learn quickly and problem-solve.
- Comfortable with technology (fast learner).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
