Office Administrator

The ideal candidate will be in charge of the organization and efficiency of daily office operations and all accounts payable transactions. The office manager will be responsible for all Human Resources tasks along with scheduling and contract management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the office to ensure effective communication both internally and externally
- Provide customers with a hospitable experience
- Managing project calendar and working with operations managers to schedule technicians accordingly
- Customer interaction to include phone reception, addressing inquiries, scheduling and follow ups
- Oversee the Accounts Receivable Associate and aid in any tasks needed
- Accounts Payable including forecasting and report generation
- Accounts Receivable including forecasting and report generation
- Following, fine tuning and creating Standard Operating Processes
- Training and supervision of additional support staff as needed
- Human resources management to include maintaining job postings, interviewing candidates, onboarding, and processing all human resources documentation in a timely manner.
- Additional projects as required.
Skillset Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and Power Point)

Compensation: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
