Office Administrator

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, providing administrative support, and ensuring efficient office management. This is a key role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the front desk point of contact for all visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor
- Perform various clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Communicate effectively with internal staff members as well as external clients and vendors
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
- Light cleaning duties (vacuum, dust, tidy up)

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an office or administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Professional phone etiquette
