We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office and providing administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
```Responsibilities```
- Coordinate and manage administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining documentation
- Manage office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, email, and phone calls
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files and records
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, typing, and filing
- Other duties as assigned

- Experience in office management and administrative support
