Accounting Analyst

We are looking for an Accounting Analystresponsible for providing accounting support to a line of business
Your specific duties will include:

• Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable (full cycle).
• Developing and managing financial and operational reports to support the organization's financial reporting needs and to ensure that information is reported in a format that is consistent with the department standards, is accurate, and meets the needs of the users.
• Organizing and completing multiple tasks simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Applying deposits and monitoring/managing the accounts receivable associated with their client.
• Assuming responsibility for performing assigned accounting and related data mining functions.

Specific qualifications for the position include: 

• Associate degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with accounting systems, databases, and reporting tools (NetSuite and SQL server database knowledge/experience is preferred.)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills with the ability to manipulate large spreadsheets using Pivot Tables and VLookups
• Minimum of three to five years of job-related experience preferred.
