We are looking for a dedicated office professional with a heavy background in customer service with experience in the following:
- QuickBooks Desktop.
- Customer Service (In-person and telephone).
- Credit Card Transactions/Reconciliations.
- Basic Math Skills.
- CRM Software Experience a plus.
- Accounting Experience is a plus but not required.
- Windows Computer Suite.
- Scheduling Visits.
- Invoicing.
- Landscape/Horticulture/Arboriculture Knowledge a plus.
This position comes with a flexible work schedule with the expectation of rotating Saturdays during our business season and flextime during our slower months.
