SalaryThunder Road is seeking a focused and dedicated individual for an Administrative Assistant role. Experience with HR, Accounting, and Payroll are preferred.

Job duties will include entering leads into CRM software for estimators, performing accounts payable and receivables duties, record and track company financial data in software and generate weekly and monthly reports for management, data entry and tracking of employee info for Human Resources, obtaining project bidding documents, data entry for projects, using Excel and other bidding software efficiently, communicating with estimating staff as needed to complete projects as well as other various daily/weekly office tasks.
Candidates must have dependable transportation to work.
40 hours per week
