Our Rancho Cordova office is looking for an Office Administrator.
Essential Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage front office operations, including welcoming visitors, handling phone calls, and managing mail and deliveries.
- Coordinate meetings by scheduling, attending, taking notes, arranging spaces and AV equipment, ordering refreshments, and managing room setup and cleanup.
- Assist Branch Manager in office operations using Microsoft Excel.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to a team of professionals.
- Responsible for office administrative operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, overseeing maintenance, organizing the workspace, and managing schedules.
- Assist with project support tasks such as reviewing, editing, and formatting documents in Word and Excel.
- Process invoices efficiently and accurately.
- Plan, coordinate, and host office events.
- Aid staff in arranging travel accommodations.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant administrative experience.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a positive demeanor.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel is a must.
- Strong grammar, writing, formatting, and editing skills, along with proficient note-taking and transcription abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Capable of light lifting of office and kitchen supplies.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license.
Other Details:
- Office hours: In Person Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
- Occasional overtime and potential travel may be required.
