Job description

```Job Summary:``` We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to our staff. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. ```Duties:``` - Manage and maintain office supplies inventory - Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings - Assist with budgeting and financial management - Handle payroll processing and employee timekeeping - Maintain employee records and assist with HR tasks - Ensure efficient office operations by implementing and improving office procedures - Answer phone calls, greet visitors, and provide excellent customer service - Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and filing - Assist with document preparation, editing, and formatting - Manage office equipment and coordinate repairs or maintenance - Support staff with clerical tasks as needed ```Requirements:``` - Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role - Knowledge of human resources processes and procedures - Familiarity with budgeting and financial management principles - Experience in medical office management is a plus - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion If you are a highly organized individual with a passion for office management, we would love to hear from you.
