Specific duties include: data entry, answering telephones, posting service logs, dispatching service calls, calculating commissions, maintaining files and records, and a variety of clerical and receptionist duties as delegated by supervisory and management personnel. Minimum Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or equivalent.
* 3+ years related administrative, office management, and Customer Service.
* Customer Service Experience and Reliability is a must!
* Must be familiar with Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Strong interpersonal, communicative, and engaging skills and abilities.
* Pass a pre-employment drug test and background investigation.
